Required Qualifications:
- Shall have a minimum of five (5) years of recent (within the past ten {10} years)
- Experience in directing personnel who are responsible for operating and servicing
- The Property Operations Manager must be able to demonstrate that he/she has the capacity to provide positive customer relations and skills.
Duties include, but are not limited to the following:
- Oversees the daily operations of a group of properties.
- Responsible for the financial and business strategies relating to organizational property ownership.
- Oversees other property functions, such as maintenance, asset management, human resources, or marketing.
- In this role, you will be asked to support and effectively articulate company culture to all branches of the company and present the proper service models to the whole organization in order to create the most effective teams possible.
- Will provide direct support to key leaders of the management team, head up client negotiations, as well as offer leadership to your own team to successfully direct corporate initiatives.
- Ensure that all service requests are recorded in a timely manner, updated within the relevant software system and communicated to the maintenance team.
- Provide vendor/contractor communications concerning scheduling, billing, vendor relations and certificates of insurance.
- Ensure all staff is properly trained and has the tools/equipment needed to effectively carry out their job functions.
- Analyze budgets, overtime, and financial reports in order to drive resort profitability
