Description

Required Qualifications:

  • All personnel assigned to this contract shall possess a Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility. 
  • All personnel shall possess proficiency in computer usage and expertise in the Microsoft Office Suite of tools.
  • Personnel should possess strong verbal and written communication skills. 
  • Personnel should be capable of working in a high-operational tempo environment and be able to work
    independently.
  • Specific skillsets beyond these minimum requirements are described below.
  • At least five (5) years of specialized personnel administrative support experience and at least two years of experience in discussing, applying, and recommending accurate determinations on disclosures of information in accordance with National Disclosure Policy and/or Intelligence Community guidance/directives
 
Duties include, but are not limited to the following:
  • Assists the Government with the categories of Classified Military Information (CMI) and Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI) and the ability to accurately apply foreign disclosure policies, tactics, techniques, and procedures.
  • Assists the Government and Foreign Disclosure Representative with sanitizing and ensuring the proper classification of exploitation products, databases, requirements, collections, Information Intelligence Reports (IIR), and items for release and dissemination to foreign allies and coalition partners via secure shared networks.
  • Assists in composing non-technical correspondence to include endorsements, requests for data, briefings, rosters or reports.
  • Screens incoming correspondence and determines appropriate actions.
  • Reviews outgoing correspondence and reports, ensuring proper formats and correct grammatical content are used, and ascertaining that all necessary coordination has been completed.
  • Assists in monitoring and tracking Office-assigned official and internal taskings ensuring proper notification, coordination, completion, submission and follow-up.
  • Assists in updating/developing office level standard operating procedures.
  • Assists with interoffice coordination in support of daily operations and priority collections.
  • Assists with daily operational activities as required.
