Description
Required Qualifications:
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a National Agency Check with Local Check and Credit Check (NACLC) government security clearance
- Requires an advanced degree in Nursing or other specialty related field
- Possess and maintain at all times, current certification in Basic Life Support (BLS)
- Possess a minimum of 10 years managerial experience
Scheduling Details:
- Core hours are between 6a - 4p (Monday - Friday)
Scope of Work/Service (tasks include, but are not limited to:
- Provide on-call support as required for rapid response to high priority issues and tasking.
- Communicates the hospital organization's mission and philosophies internally as well as within the community.
- Reviews clinical research and patient care to ensure compliance with the hospital's mission and ethics.
- Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures.
- Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of tasks. A high degree of creativity and latitude is expected.
- Provide analysis of and recommendations on interventions to improve the experience of patients and staff
- Develop/establish membership in the Experience Innovation Network
- Provide/develop quarterly coaching
- Review best practice identification, positively affecting both the patient and staff experience across the organization
