Required Qualifications:

• Knowledge and experience in assisting in the preparing hard-line and electronic drawings for required design intent documents, e.g., demolition/renovation plans, furniture plans, building system plans, etc.; surveying an agency's space, and equipment; reading and interpreting basic engineering drawings; maintaining a database of facility drawings.
• Skill in written, and graphic communication to develop visual representations.
• Knowledge of capabilities and application of automated technology, such as Computer Aided Design (CAD) and Geographic Information Systems (GIS), to develop and modify specification drawings and layouts and generate graphic presentations.
• Knowledge of capabilities and application of electronic databases.

Scheduling Details:

• 0800-1600 (Monday through Friday)

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:

• Maintain and update engineering drawings as required to meet deadlines

• Attend meetings as required by the Facility Manager, and provide weekly status reports of CAD projects

• Update building drawings with the updates within three (3) working days of receiving the as-builts.
