Description

Required Qualifications:

  • All personnel assigned to this contract shall possess a Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility. 
  • All personnel shall possess proficiency in computer usage and expertise in the Microsoft Office Suite of tools.
  • Personnel should possess strong verbal and written communication skills. 
  • Personnel should be capable of working in a high-operational tempo environment and be able to work
    independently.
  • Specific skillsets beyond these minimum requirements are described below.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, accounting, economics or other related discipline plus 6-8 years of previous program management experience.
  • Specialized experience includes: complete program management from inception to deployment, proven expertise in the management and control of funds and resources and demonstrated capability in managing multi-task contracts.
  • DAWIA certification in Program Management and/or experience with DOD Program Management processes and procedures is highly desired.
 


Duties include, but are not limited to the following:
  • Supports Government in maintaining oversight of Center's program management function to ensure proper identification and documentation of Center's programs and projects to include justifications,  issues, and associated resources.
  • Supports the development of program charters.
  • Assists Offices with development of program inventories and ensures necessary updates are provided.
  • Assists with preparation and management of Center-wide bi-weekly program management reviews.
  • Assists with preparation and management of Requirements Management Board and Executive Requirements Board, ensuring requirements are properly identified, documented, and supported. Note: This is support to the Center's program management functions and not a Program Manager for the contract.
