Description

RWD is in search of an experienced Project Manager to work on-site in support of the National Capital Region Medical Directorate - IMO, out of Bethesda, MD.  

Qualifications:

• BA in Business Administration or Health Care Administration
• Five (5) years of project management experience
• Four Year Experience with MHS, NCR MD HQ
• PMP certified (Active).
• Five (5) years of system development lifecycles including
• Experience leading large cross-functional teams and managing enterprise-level projects.
• Previous experience working as a system engineer or similar technical role.
• Excellent written and verbal communications skills to include public communication.
• Experience developing business cases for services and products.
• Familiarity with Capital Planning & Investment Control (CPIC) procedures for developing business cases that includes alternative analysis and healthcare management.
• Knowledge of risk mitigation with Security teams to resolve Plan of Action and Milestones (POA&Ms).
• Skill in managing stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
• Multi-tasker who operates well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Has initiative, attention of detail and works with minimal direction/guidance


Job Description:

1. Facilitate the behavioral health product line’s development with the support of PCMHs, care coordinators, telehealth, IRMAC providing a behavioral health referral review and appointing processes. Provided an executive review and analysis for all MTF’s and clinics under the DHA/NCR-MD area of responsibility.
2. Develop a roadmap for implementation that includes an assessment of the resource requirements, and training required to successfully implement the new process and provided a lesson learned and cost saving analysis.
Analyze NCR-MD Health product line optimization:
1. Diagnostic of the current NCR- MD Activities health landscape relative to industry best practices, to get aligned view across market and provide an executive summary along with recommendations, work plan and cost analysis and cost savings.
2. Analysis of current demand patterns and care requirements, segmented by patient cohort (e.g., active duty, retired, dependents, special needs — wounded warrior, etc.)
3. Documentation of the current state of healthcare across the market (e.g., services offered, how providers are spending their time, recent enhancements)
4. Prioritized list of challenges and recommendations for improvement executive summary along with recommendations, work plan and cost analysis and cost savings.
