RWD is in search of an experienced Program Manager to work on site in support of the National Capital Region Medical Directorate - IMO, out of Bethesda, MD.
Qualifications:
• BS in Business Administration
• Eight (8) years of project management experience
• Four Year Experience with MHS, NCR MD HQ
• PMP certified (Active).
• Five (5) years of system development lifecycles including
• Experience leading large cross-functional teams and managing enterprise-level projects.
• Previous experience working as a system engineer or similar technical role.
• Excellent written and verbal communications skills to include public communication.
• Experience developing business cases for services and products.
• Familiarity with Capital Planning & Investment Control (CPIC) procedures for developing business cases that includes alternative analysis and healthcare management.
• Knowledge of risk mitigation with Security teams to resolve Plan of Action and Milestones (POA&Ms).
• Skill in managing stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
• Multi-tasker who operates well under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Has initiative, attention of detail and works with minimal direction/guidance.
Job Description:
Facilitate overall NCR-level execution of the integrated operative services phase I model to move to integrated services model across the market:
1. Refine implementation plan, with full level of operational detail required as outlined below, in collaboration with Operative Services leadership
2. Design internal and external stakeholder communication plan to support roll out of
3. the new approach to integrated operative services for different audiences – market
4. board, MTF Board of Directors (BOD), surgeons, OR staff, etc. – likely audiences up to the low thousands
5. Track progress to milestones and flag any risks or potential delays to NCR leadership
6. for discussion and leadership
7. Provide updates to Client Optimization Team (COT) and NCR leadership, as needed
8. Facilitate weekly Operative Services working sessions with representatives from
9. Malcolm Grow, Kimbrough, NCR to include OR, Graduate Medical Education (GME), and surgical quality leaders, including:
• Work with the Government team to refine estimates of resources required – staff, equipment, technology, etc. and update business case as needed
