Description
RWD is in search of an experienced Management Analyst to work on site in support of the National Capital Region Medical Directorate - IMO, out of Bethesda, MD.
Qualifications:
- BS in Business Administration or Health Care Administration
- Five (5) years of project management experience
- Four Year Experience with MHS, NCR MD HQ
- PMP certified (Active).
- Five (5) years of system development lifecycles including
- Experience leading large cross-functional teams and managing enterprise-level projects.
- Previous experience working as a system engineer or similar technical role.
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills to include public communication.
- Experience developing business cases for services and products.
- Familiarity with Capital Planning & Investment Control (CPIC) procedures for developing business cases that includes alternative analysis and healthcare management.
- Knowledge of risk mitigation with Security teams to resolve Plan of Action and Milestones (POA&Ms).
- Skill in managing stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Multi-tasker who operates well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Has initiative, attention of detail and works with minimal direction/guidance
Job Description:
1. Launch of new healthcare scheduling and utilization practices to increase access, including:
2. Revised templates to increase appointment supply for healthcare providers, developed with the health administrators.
3. Practices to improve utilization (e.g., reminder optimization and/or consistent prospective reviews of schedules to ensure all scheduled appointments require a face-to-face visit)
4. Develop training modules work book for clinic administrators and product line chair on how to drive performance management, leveraging the market dashboard and desk side references for senior management.
5. Definition of the healthcare referral review and appointing process for the NCR-MD activities.
6. Referral management review process and appointing guidelines developed with behavioral health and referring providers, leveraging lessons learned from the IRMAC and other activities under NCR-MD.
