Qualifications
Shall have a minimum of a bachelor’s degree in English,
Communication or related field, and a minimum of the three (3) years of experience in a combinations of writing,
editing technical documents and/or standard operating procedures.

Job Duties
The Contractor shall assist government personnel with coordinating and managing agreements between
organizations to provide or receive support services such as formal contracts, memorandums of understanding
(MOUs), memorandums of agreement (MOAs), covering various aspects of PFPA support, including goods,
services, and other financial related arrangements. The Contractor shall assist with agreements for Military
Interdepartmental Purchase Request (MIPR) and Intra-Governmental Transactions (IGT) In an average week, there
are two meetings that last one hour regarding this topic, and from that meeting, two action items are initiated, which
result in two deliverables that may take one hour to complete each.
5.6.2 The Contractor shall assist government personnel with drafting and editing agreements with internal and
external government organizations ensuring the terms and conditions are clear, fair, reasonable and meet the needs
of both parties. In an average week, there are two meetings that last one hour regarding this topic, and from that
meeting, two action items are initiated, which result in two deliverables that may take one hour to complete each.
5.6.3 The Contractor shall serve as the point of contact for support agreement-related matters, communicating with
stakeholders, resolving issues, and coordinating efforts to ensure successful execution of agreements.
5.6.4 The Contractor shall assist government personnel with tracking systems, document depositories and
management of all support agreements, MOAs, MOUs and other related requests.
5.6.5 The Contractor shall assist government personnel with all incoming, outgoing, internal and external agreement
inquiries tracking the complete lifecycle of requests.
5.6.6 The Contract shall identify problems or issues encountered relative to document control processes and
procedures in policy which are efficient, effective, and relative to the document control process. Each action will
result in one deliverable report that may take up to one hour to complete.
