Description
RWD is in search of an experienced Business Process Consultant to work on-site in support of the National Capital Region Medical Directorate - IMO, out of Bethesda, MD.
Qualifications:
- Master Business Administration
• Eight (8) years of project management experience
• Four Year Experience with MHS, NCR MD HQ
• PMP certified (Active).
• Five (5) years of system development lifecycles including
• Experience leading large cross-functional teams and managing enterprise-level projects.
• Previous experience working as a system engineer or similar technical role.
• Excellent written and verbal communications skills to include public communication.
• Experience developing business cases for services and products.
• Familiarity with Capital Planning & Investment Control (CPIC) procedures for developing business cases that includes alternative analysis and healthcare management.
• Knowledge of risk mitigation with Security teams to resolve Plan of Action and Milestones (POA&Ms).
• Skill in managing stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
• Multi-tasker who operates well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Job Description:
1. Health Care Product Lines Optimization
2. Diagnose the current landscape relative to industry best practices
3. Collect and assess patient demand by regiment.
4. Conduct interviews with the product lines, MTF leadership, PCMs and NCR-MD HQ leadership. Draft, Develop and Execute plain points, and recommendations for improvement soft and hard copies.
Launch of new scheduling and utilization practices, including:
1. Communicate rationale for and overall process to leaders and administrators
2. Hold weekly working group meetings draft, develop and execute to develop and executive senior level work plan for increasing access, which may include:
3. Template management (e.g., matching templates to expected FTE designations)
4. Better segmentation of appointments relative to patient demand (e.g., group therapy versus individual therapy)
5. Practices to increase appointment utilization (e.g., reminder optimization and/or consistent prospective reviews of schedules)
6. Train clinic administrators and leaders on how to drive performance management, leveraging the market dashboard
7. Recommended, Develop Action Plans for leadership
