Salary Range:$125,000-$135,000
The scope of services is for comprehensive IMIT Services to both existing and ongoing, but also emerging, NCR program requirements. Specific areas of coverage range include, but are not limited to, Application and Web Development, , Clinical Informatics, Clinical/Business Systems, End User Devices, IT Help Desk, Network Operations, Data Center Operations, and Telecommunications Engineering support. All work will be performed within the Continental United States (CONUS). Services include the IM/IT.

- IT Security Designation: ADP/IT-II
- Investigation Required: Tier 3 (T3)
- IA Technical/Management Designation: IAT II and CE
- Commercial (Baseline) Certificates: IAT II: Please see Commercial Certificates for DoD 8570.01-M certificate requirement, CE: Professional (or expert) level certificate for supported technology as approved by the COR.

- Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) or CCNP preferred and/or equivalent experience.

- Experience: Eight (8) years of progressive experience demonstrating the required proficiency.
- Degree/Education: Master’s Degree and/or equivalency.
- Functional Responsibility: Oversees and participates in the design, testing, upgrade and integration of new or existing information networks, such as local area networks (LAN), Wireless Local Area Network (WLAN), Wide Area Networks (WAN), Voice over IP (VoIP), intranets, extranets, and other communications networks in accordance to the organization’s business requirements. Documents all aspects of the engineering process as it relates to build and configuration, testing, and deployment of networks. Coordinates changes such as implementation of new networks, upgrades or version increments to existing networks with network administrators and stakeholders. Plans, coordinates, and implements security measures to safeguard new and existing networks. Performs network modeling, analysis, and planning. Coordinates with architecture and evaluate new and emerging network technologies and make recommendations for selection of these products. Assists network administrators with complex troubleshooting issues and if needed coordinates vendor engagements to assist in troubleshooting efforts. May provide day-to-day operational or administrative duties for deployed networks in lab or production environments. Possesses and applies a comprehensive knowledge across key tasks and high impact assignments. Ability to work with other senior technical and user staff to complete projects. Plans and leads major technology assignments. Functions as a technical expert across multiple project assignments. Level IV performs more independent thinking, complex tasks with little to no supervision compared to a Level III, and may supervise others.

- Provide after-hours on-call and downtime support on rotational basis.
- Must be able to work on feet for extended periods of time. Must be able to install network equipment. Must be able to lift 40 pounds.
- May be required to utilize ladders up to 10 feet in height in the performance of their duties
- Fiber and copper cabling related support for B11, B54, B55 and as requested by leadership in other buildings. Renovations in B9, B10. AMA Inventories.

Data Center Operations Support Services
- The Contractor shall provide server storage service support, including after-hours on-call support, to the storage system solution in place. The Contractor shall assist in the monitoring of physical and virtualized environments focused on health, capacity, utilization, performance, and security.
- The Contractor shall log and monitor disruptive incidents, changes and problems, service-level compliance, operational improvement processes, approaching events, ongoing progress, service reports, improvement processes, annual plans, annual evaluations, and other relevant studies.
- The contractor shall deploy enterprise-level technical updates, changes, patches, and enhancements across the organization.
- The contractor shall analyze organization/user requirements to automate or improve existing systems and enterprise infrastructure and capabilities.
- The contractor shall provide data science capabilities to analyze large, complex data sets and leverage industry technologies to interpret and understand data structure and metrics. Data Center Operations Support Services encompasses, but is not limited to, System/Server Engineer, System/Server Engineer Sr functions, Microsoft SCCM Engineer functions in detail below.
