RWD Consulting is seeking a full-time Lead Facilities Manager for a projected need at the Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD. 

Required Qualifications / Duties (including but not limited to):

• Must be a US citizen.
• Be capable of obtaining a Secret Clearance.
• Must possess, at a minimum, a Bachelor's Degree in Facility Management, Operations and Maintenance, or a related field (Science or Engineering).
• Possess five (5) years of documented management experience within the commercial or government industrial large facilities category (i.e., laboratory, hospital and administration buildings).
• Must have a Certified Facility Manager (CFM) or Facility Management Professional (FMP) certification from the International Facility Management Association (IFMA) or a comparable professional certification.
• Have a working knowledge of Microsoft (MS) Access and Project.
