Description

Required Qualifications:

  • All personnel assigned to this contract shall possess a Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility. 
  • All personnel shall possess proficiency in computer usage and expertise in the Microsoft Office Suite of tools.
  • Personnel should possess strong verbal and written communication skills. 
  • Personnel should be capable of working in a high-operational tempo environment and be able to work
    independently.
  • Specific skillsets beyond these minimum requirements are described below.
  • At least five (5) years of administrative support experience.
  • Experience coordinating travel orders and solid understanding of the JFTR is highly desired. Experience with DTS is highly desired.

Duties include, but are not limited to the following:
  • Provides a full range of administrative operations to assist with deployment processes and procedures. Assists in composing non­ technical correspondence to include endorsements, requests for data, briefings, rosters or reports.
  • Assists in creating for government review of travel orders submitted via the Defense Travel System (DTS). Assists DTS Users with application issues/problems. Coordinates submission of Country and Theater Clearance requests.
  • Advises travelers on Combatant Command travel requirements to include obtaining Official passport and visas. Monitors and tracks official travel for assigned personnel in accordance with Joint Federal Travel Regulations (JTFR).
  • Identifies, coordinates, and submits nominated personnel into the deployment process.
  • Monitors and tracks personnel in the deployment pipeline ensuring all training requirements are met. Coordinates with Agency offices to ensure nominees and candidates are prepared to deploy.
  • Provides support to deployed personnel, as required, to ensure updated documentation and identification.
  • Briefs leadership on current status of deployment pipeline and pending official travel for assigned personnel.
  • Maintains awareness of updated theater travel requirements and regulations and JTFR.
