Required Qualifications:

• The Project Manager shall possess at a minimum at least 5 years of recent (within the past 7 years) experience in the management and supervision of building mechanical maintenance operations for buildings of the approximate size and characteristics of the buildings to be covered.

• Project Manager will be capable of communicating in both the spoken and written English language to coordinate the work with the GSA COR or assignee's. The PM will have the full skill set required for this task including the ability to produce schedule updates, submittals, cost control and proposals for modifications.
• Utilizes the CMMS system to manage work order assignments as per Service Level Agreements (SLA)
• Consults with client to schedule preventative maintenance and other site services/repairs to minimize business interruption, inconvenience and safety concerns
• Develops Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) as needed for critical operating systems.
• Maintains effective building-specific maintenance and safety procedures
• Responds to emergency situations (fire, evacuation, equipment failure etc.) and customer concerns
• Implements and administers inventory control programs/purchase parts and supplies as required
• Develop/Review specifications and assists in solicitation and administration of maintenance/repair service contract
• Ensures compliance with applicable codes, requisitions, government agencies and company directives as relates to building operations
• Upholds a high level of performance, quality control and customer satisfaction
