RWD is in search of an experienced Senior Strategist to work on-site in support of the National Capital Region Medical Directorate - IMO, out of Bethesda, MD.  

Qualifications:
•BS in Healthcare Administration
•Eight (8) years of project management experience
•Four Year Experience with MHS, NCR MD HQ
•PMP certified (Active).
•Five (5) years of system development lifecycles including
•Experience leading large cross-functional teams and managing enterprise-level projects.
•Previous experience working as a system engineer or similar technical role.
•Excellent written and verbal communications skills to include public communication.
•Experience developing business cases for services and products.
•Familiarity with Capital Planning & Investment Control (CPIC) procedures for developing businesscases that includes alternative analysis and healthcare management.
•Knowledge of risk mitigation with Security teams to resolve Plan of Action and Milestones (POA&Ms).
•Skill in managing stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
•Multi-tasker who operates well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Has initiative, attention of detail and works with minimal direction/guidance

Job Description:
Provide project management support for the specialty access team on the current implementation and scaling medicine and surgical product lines including:
1.Conduct targeted audits of performance and market-level performance management support andexecutive summaries to leadership.
2.Assist with Ad hoc interventions with PLs that are facing implementation issues
3.Conduct Periodic trainings to ensure PLs remain engaged in ongoing, self-driven performancemanagement, leveraging the market dashboard and utilizing industry best practices
