Required Qualifications:
Education/ Experience:
- Must be a US Citizen with the ability to obtain a Government Security Clearance (NACLC)
- Bachelor’s Degree
- PMP certification.
- ITIL v3 certification.
- 10+ years of program management experience.
- Experience working in environment practicing CMMI and ISO methodologies.
- Strong attention to quality and detail.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
- Preparing Master Project Schedule.
- Oversight and enhancement of PMO.
- Source of guidance and advice for project managers.
- Preparing projects plans with Team Leads and monitoring the status of all projects from cradle to grave.
- Ensuring deliverables met all scheduled timeframes.
- Preparing briefing/presentation documents for senior executive management and able to brief.
- Preparing charter plans and executing them.
- Leverage industry best proactive of process/procedures to achieve optimum performance in all Task Areas.
- Support and enhance Standard Operation Procedures (SOPs) across.
Scheduling Details:
- 0600-1600 (Monday thru Friday)

Integration Management
- Create and maintain MHS GENESIS site Work Breakdown Structure
- Prepare briefing materials, agendas and meeting minutes for MHS GENESIS related meetings
- Facilitate and participate in site Informatics Steering Committee activities
- Responsible for on-site resource scheduling
- Act as a change agent to instill and sustain positive change within the command as related to MHS GENESIS
Project Management
- Create an activity plan that clearly states the tasks and time-lines required to meet established outcomes and objectives
- Track and facilitate action items related to implementation and sustainment
- Support and facilitate training and user role coordinators
- Support, facilitate, and execute site scheduled events
- Track and facilitate actual or forecasted slippage and delays
- Support and facilitate equipment management and coordination
Communication Management
- Liaison between the Site, Implementation team, Partnership and PMO
- Ensure clear communications, track and report external project workgroup assignments
- Foster and coordinate collaboration with all stakeholder groups
- Maintain stakeholder roster for communication needs
- Review and communicate all documents related to the project outcomes for quality
Risk Management
- Recognize and document emerging risks
- Document and maintain risk management action plans, meeting minutes/materials and communicate appropriately
